The general duties of an intern in the Americas Region include, but are not limited to:

? Conduct research on regional trends in disability rights, youth, empowerment of women, indigenous rights, corruption, etc.
? Contribute to proposal preparation and development.
? Prepare website updates, edit reports, and summarize program reports.
? Attend and report on internal and external meetings and other discussions about assigned projects.
? Support the organization of external events.
? Compile research from academic journals and printed media.
? When necessary, translate documents to/from Spanish.
